Aromas of citrus, green apple and subtle nutmeg and clove spice. A crisp, refreshing, dry palate. Packed around the wine’s mouth-watering acidity is grapefruit, lime pith and crunchy green apple. In the background is a delicate mealy creaminess from barrel fermentation. The wine finishes with a swathe of tangy, vibrant citrus flavours.
Drink with oysters, lobster, pastas with cream-based sauces and roast chicken. Drink now or cellar until 2030.
