The bouquet is opulent and bright: creamy with red apples, vanilla, spice and background toast of the French oak. 
Dry with crystalline acidity providing freshness and drive to the wine. Crunchy green apples, grapefruit and nectarine fruit supported by a fine texture from fermentation and maturation in oak. Really long finish.
