Please note this is not a ticketed event. In purchasing your ticket we will have your name to confirm attendance. Where multiple tickets are purchased you can add names in notes at check out or email their details along with dietaries to us direct. We will co- locate group bookings and note that seating is generally banquet style. Where possible it is preferred if you can no longer make the event that a replacement guest is found. We can assist with sharing availability on our platforms and connection where possible. 
 
We will be sending out a briefing email and there is no need for tickets as we will have your names. If you do have dietaries we kindly ask for these to be sent to functions@padthawayestate.com.au at earliest opportunity. 
 
We mentioned on social media that we have potentially a second date on Sunday 8 November if you miss a ticket to this limited event or cannot make this date, we will endeavour to host a second event shall interest and demand arise. We will be in touch with the waiting list at earliest opportunity and when interest reaches required numbers for a repeat event.
