An easy-to-enjoy Pinot Gris, picked to capture the elegant fruit and subtle spice of the variety.  Refreshingly dry and pristine with juicy pear fruit, citrus and a fine textural vein. A small portion of the wine was fermented in used French oak which gives the wine a savoury moreish texture.
