An easy-to-enjoy Pinot Gris, picked to capture the elegant fruit and subtle spice of the variety. Aromas of spiced apple, lychee and Turkish delight. Refreshingly dry with grapefruit, lemon and green apples with a fine textural vein. A small portion of the wine was fermented in used French oak to give the wine a savoury, moreish, texture which complements the zesty citrus flavours. Dry and refreshingly crisp this is great lightly chilled with seafood…bring on the King George Whiting or a dozen oysters. Drink now through to 2023.
